Reserve a 15-minute time slot for an individual or group. Appointments are available:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–7 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am–3 pm
 

(Immediate appointments: You can even make an appointment on the spot from your mobile device, after you arrive at our office parking lot.)

Pull specimen collection tube from pickup box .

Return to your vehicle and deposit 1 ml saliva sample in collection tube. 

Recap tube and place in foil bag.

Seal bag and return to drop box.

It's that easy!

Lab collection times are noon and 5 pm weekdays.

Results returned via email on the next day.
